Hey, I have an iPod Touch, 80 GB. I'm always on a bus/subway and would love to watch movies then on my iPod. Now I don't want to spend money buying movies for my iPod, since I already own a lot on DVD. Is there a way to copy DVD movies onto my ipod, or do I have to buy them all again? I can't seem to figure it out. When I put my movies in, it allows me to watch them, but not add them to my iTune or iPod.

The longer your movie and the larger its Bitrate, the longer the convert will take. The ripping time will depend on several variables including: the duration of the video file, the speed of your computer, what other activity your computer is currently doing, the codec you selected (H264 or MP4) and the bitrate you set.
